🔁 Exchange & Return refund  Policy

At 7TSport.com, we take pride in delivering custom-made,readymade high-quality sportswear tailored just for you. Since each jersey is uniquely printed as per your specifications, returns are limited and carefully regulated.

⚠️ Important Note:

As all our products are custom-printed, we do not offer returns or refunds for the following:

Retuns  will be acceptable within 10 business days.

refund will be credited to your orginal payment method within 7 business days

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer (size chart is provided)

  • Change of mind after the order is placed

  • Minor color or design variations due to digital display differences

✅ Eligible for Exchange Only If:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • The wrong product (size/design) was sent

  • The product has major printing issues or manufacturing defects

🔄 Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order: your order will be exchange and replacement will be deliverd within 5to 7 business days.

Send clear images of the issue and your order ID. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days.

If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup.

💸 Return Charges

If an exchange is approved, a reverse pickup charge of ₹80 will be applied. This will either be:

  • Deducted from your exchange credit, or

  • Paid in advance via UPI or link before pickup

📦 Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Custom-printed items with customer names/numbers cannot be exchanged unless faulty

  • Exchange is only allowed once per order

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products with your name/number

  • Team or bulk orders

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery
